一、服务内容
Lumora 光眠（下称"本应用"）基于你的 Apple Watch 与 iPhone 健康数据，提供睡眠、恢复与情绪的评分、图表与 AI 文字洞察。使用本应用即表示你同意本条款与隐私政策。
二、非医疗声明（重要）
本应用不是医疗器械，所有评分、图表、提醒与 AI 生成内容仅供一般参考与生活方式管理，不构成医疗建议、诊断或治疗。不得以本应用内容替代专业医疗意见；如你对健康状况有任何疑虑，请咨询医生。AI 生成内容可能存在不准确之处。
三、订阅（Lumora Pro）
- Pro 为自动续订订阅（按月或按年），价格以 App 内 App Store 显示为准。
- 年度订阅含 7 天免费试用；试用期结束前至少 24 小时可在系统"设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅"中取消，取消不扣费。
- 订阅将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续费并扣款，除非提前取消。
- 付款、续订与退款由 Apple App Store 管理，退款请求需通过 Apple 提交。
四、合理使用
你同意不对本应用及其服务进行逆向工程、滥用接口（包括绕过调用限制）、或将 AI 生成内容用于违法用途。我们可对滥用行为限制服务。
五、知识产权
本应用及其界面、图标、文案的知识产权归我们所有。基于你数据生成的报告内容供你个人使用。
六、免责与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按"现状"提供；对因使用或无法使用本应用（包括数据不准确、服务中断、AI 内容误差）造成的间接损失，我们不承担责任。
七、条款变更与终止
我们可能更新本条款并在本页公布，重大变更会更新生效日期；继续使用视为接受。你可随时停止使用并删除本应用。

Terms of Use
1. The Service
Lumora provides sleep, recovery and mood scores, charts and AI text insights based on your Apple Watch and iPhone health data. By using the app you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Not Medical Advice (Important)
Lumora is not a medical device. All scores, charts, alerts and AI-generated content are for general reference and lifestyle management only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never substitute app content for professional medical judgement. AI content may contain inaccuracies.
3. Subscriptions (Lumora Pro)
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly); prices are shown in-app via the App Store.
- The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions to avoid charges.
- Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the period ends unless cancelled.
- Billing and refunds are handled by Apple; refund requests go through Apple.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, abuse its APIs (including circumventing rate limits), or use AI output unlawfully. We may restrict service for abuse.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, its interface, icons and copy are our property. Reports generated from your data are for your personal use.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including data inaccuracies, outages or AI errors.
7. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms on this page; material changes update the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using and delete the app at any time.
